Job summary

Wonder in New York's Poughkeepsie location is seeking a General Manager to lead a shared kitchen serving multiple brands. You will own the location's P&L, oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service and fulfillment, and manage a hybrid team of employees and contracted partners.

You will drive labor optimization, food cost controls, and KPI performance while nurturing brand partnerships and ensuring top-notch guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading high-volume, complex operations
• Progressive leadership with P&L ownership and KPI management
• Ability to influence across finance, HR, logistics, culinary and partner orgs
• Proactive problem solver in fast-paced environments
• Strong focus on customer service, quality, and accountability

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels
• Own the location's P&L and drive labor efficiency, food costs, and margin
• Forecast demand, manage inventory, and ensure safety/compliance standards
• Manage internal employees and contracted staff, including coaching and development
• Build and nurture partnerships with brand operators and local stakeholders
