A&R Hospitality Management, based in Gulf Shores, Alabama, is seeking a Hotel Revenue Manager to oversee a multi-property portfolio. You will own pricing, inventory, forecasting, and distribution for properties under IHG, Hilton, Marriott, Choice, Hyatt, and Wyndham brands.

You will report to the Vice President of Revenue Generation and collaborate with General Managers and corporate teams to grow RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy. This role is on-site at the Gulf Shores corporate office.

Formación

• 3+ years of progressive hotel revenue management experience.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management, pricing strategy, distribution channels, and the hospitality industry.
• Hands-on experience with topline forecasting, budgeting, and STR reporting.
• Experience with brand revenue management systems (RMS).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including analyses and reports from raw data.
• Willingness to travel to assigned properties and markets as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Economics, Finance, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Revenue Strategy & Market Analysis to identify demand periods and opportunities.
• Forecast and budget topline occupancy, ADR, and rooms revenue; align with budgets and forecasts.
• Set daily rates by season and manage rate plans, including rate parity and distribution channels.
• Monitor competitor pricing and booking activity; adjust as needed.
• Lead revenue meetings and prepare weekly/performance reports; monitor KPIs.
• Support group pricing, corporate RFPs, and negotiated rates; perform ad hoc analyses.
