Paragon Hotel Company seeks a Corporate Director of Revenue Management to strategically coordinate revenue management processes across the portfolio. You will maximize rooms revenue through yield and inventory management on GDS, central reservations, brand websites, and OTAs, supporting General Managers and the Sales Team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in hotel revenue management, multi-property leadership, and strong Excel and analytics skills, with brand certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of revenue management experience in hotels (brand preferred).
• Associate degree required; 4-year degree preferred.
• Prior multi-hotel experience required, preferably with major brands.

Responsabilités

• Lead revenue management for the Paragon portfolio to maximize rooms revenue.
• Develop, execute and measure yield and inventory strategies across distribution channels.
• Support General Managers and Sales in revenue management decisions.
• Prepare and lead bi-monthly revenue calls and distribute action plans.
• Coach and develop Regional Revenue Managers and DOS leadership.
