Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in home services or field operations preferred.
• Three+ years in franchise operations or related service business.
• Experience facilitating adult learning in classroom or virtual settings.
• Certifications in facilitation or train-the-trainer preferred.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical application.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new-owner and ongoing training using approved guides and standards.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, hands-on, and field-based learning per brand.
• Lead practical demonstrations and create inclusive learning environment.
• Assess learner knowledge and document results; coordinate follow-up.
• Support new services, systems, processes through training.
• Use learner feedback to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Partner with instructional designers and vendors to maintain content.
• Earn and maintain required internal certifications and licenses.
• Provide cross-brand facilitation coverage and professional representation.
