Job summary

Authority Brands Inc. in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Brand Facilitator to deliver engaging, brand-specific training for new franchise owners and learners across the portfolio.

The role combines classroom, virtual, hands-on and field-based learning to ensure practical, accurate instruction aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, at least three years in home services or franchise operations, and strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least three years of experience in home services, field operations, franchise operations, or related service business.
• Experience facilitating adult learning in classroom, virtual, or hands-on environments; facilitation or train-the-trainer certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new-owner and ongoing training using approved facilitator guides and brand standards.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, hands-on, and field-based learning for multiple brands.
• Lead practical demonstrations and create an inclusive learning environment.
• Assess learner knowledge and coordinate coaching or follow-up support.
• Support adoption of new services, technology, and processes through training.
