Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Division Specialist to support and oversee multiple branch locations. You will help drive profitability, assist with loan decisions, and develop community relationships.

The role requires leadership in staff development, sales and service excellence, with occasional travel. A 5+ year background in consumer finance and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with lending software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage multiple branch locations to meet goals.
• Make loan decisions, process and close consumer loans; collect delinquent accounts.
• Assist branch managers with business development and community relationships.
• Sell products to meet sales goals; monitor customer satisfaction.
• Support hiring, training, performance reviews and staffing as applicable.
• Ensure high quality customer service; travel as required.
