Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• 5+ years consumer finance or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the support and management of multiple branch locations and staffing needs.
• Make loan decisions up to established lending limits; process and close consumer loans; collect delinquent accounts as needed.
• Develop community relationships and drive business development to meet sales goals.
• Ensure high quality customer service and staff performance.
