Job summary

Legacy Bank is seeking a Market Retail Manager to lead multiple retail locations, focusing on relationship-driven customer experience and strong operating performance. You will coach branch managers, drive staffing, training, and performance, and partner with leadership to implement campaigns and product initiatives across the network.

Reporting to the SVP of Retail, you’ll champion the Bank's values and cultivate community relations while ensuring compliance, risk management, and service

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive leadership in retail banking or related customer-facing industry.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and sales/service delivery preferred.
• Knowledge of retail banking operations, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch performance through coaching, staffing, and customer experience metrics.
• Lead branch managers, oversee workforce planning and leadership continuity.
• Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to policies, controls, and audit standards across branches.
• Build community relationships and represent the Bank at local events.
