Job summary

Firefighters Community Credit Union in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a Financial Service Representative (Float) to join our team. The role involves floating between six branches and our Member Contact Center, assisting members with higher-level banking needs and delivering excellent service.

You will educate members on products and services, help with account openings and loan processes, and look for cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

Two years or more of similar or related experience.
Proficiency with technology including computers, tablets, and general office equipment.
Cash handling abilities.
Fantastic customer service skills.
Dependable transportation to all our branches (Willoughby, St. Clair Avenue, Emerald Parkway, Parma, N. Ridgeville, and Wellington).
Previous sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Float between all six branches and the Member Contact Center as needed.
Assist members with advanced banking needs, open/close accounts, support loan processes, and handle fraud concerns.
Educate members on products and services such as share certificates, IRAs, EFT and online banking.
Uncover member needs and cross-sell financial products.
