Ridgeville, and Wellington) and our Member Contact Center, assisting members with accounts, loans, and fraud concerns while delivering a warm, professional experience. This full-time position requires at least two years of banking experience, strong cash handling skills,

Qualifications

• Two years or more of banking experience or related field.
• Proficiency with technology including computers, tablets, and general office equipment.
• Cash handling abilities with accuracy and integrity.
• Fantastic customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Dependable transportation to all branches and locations listed.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Background checks (credit, criminal, employment, and education) are conducted.

Responsibilities

• Float between all six branches and the Member Contact Center as needed.
• Assist members with advanced banking needs, loans, and fraud concerns.
• Educate members on products and services and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and provide a warm, professional experience.
