Qualifications

• 2–4+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling, computer skills, and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and by phone; receive and process verifications and record information.
• Process payments, distributions, and make recommendations regarding loan approvals.
• Approve loans up to established lending limits and complete loan closings.
• Handle account activities related to collection accounts with customers.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and record/file documentation; operate cash drawer and balance at close.
