Job summary

Everwise Credit Union is seeking a frontline Member Service Associate to deliver high-quality service across a wide range of financial products and services. The role focuses on building relationships, promoting credit union products, and expanding wallet share with members.

The position includes cash handling, account maintenance, new account opening, and operating an ITM, while ensuring confidentiality of member information and meeting referral goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Six months of retail sales and/or cash handling in a financial institution or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality member service across a wide range of financial products and services.
• Handle cash, process transactions, open new accounts, and operate an ITM.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Pursue referrals and sales opportunities to grow wallet share.
• Assist with outbound calls and follow-ups with members and prospects.
• Perform additional retail functions as assigned by supervisor.
