Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and retail or cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build member relationships.
• Knowledge of credit union products and sales skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service for a broad range of financial services.
• Sell and service credit union products; expand wallet share.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Assist with outbound calls and prospect follow-up campaigns.
• Support cash handling, account maintenance, and ITM operations as needed.
• Adhere to cash control and transaction policies; participate in audits.
