Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Marshfield, WI, is seeking a skilled machinist to own the setup, operation, and inspection of parts on CNC and manual machines. You will translate drawings into setups, monitor in-process dimensions, and adjust parameters to maintain tight tolerances.

You will also perform routine machine care, collaborate on tooling and fixturing, and document setup details with accuracy in a safe, orderly environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining education/certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience as a CNC or manual machinist.
• Understanding of machining principles, tooling selection, and cutting parameters.
• Fluency reading blueprints and technical documentation.
• Skilled with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and drive for quality.
• Strong communication and a team-first approach.

Responsibilities
