Job summary

The Hawbridge School in Saxapahaw, North Carolina is seeking an MTSS/Title I Coordinator to oversee K–12 MTSS and Title I programs. This role collaborates with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure comprehensive student support across academics, behavior, and social-emotional needs.

The ideal candidate will coordinate MTSS meetings, implement interventions, monitor progress, and maintain documentation while aligning Title I activities with school goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• NC teaching license or relevant educational experience preferred.
• Experience with MTSS, Title I, or instructional support preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MTSS framework across K–12 and facilitate MTSS meetings.
• Support selection and implementation of interventions.
• Monitor student progress using data to guide next steps.
• Maintain MTSS documentation and progress-monitoring records.
• Coordinate Title I program, plans, compliance, and reporting.
• Engage Title I families and align funds with student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and admin to coordinate supports.
