Job summary

Colorado Early Colleges is seeking a MTSS Coordinator in Englewood, CO to develop, implement, and monitor the MTSS program ensuring academic and social-emotional supports for students.

The role reports to the Academic Dean and involves coordinating interventions, collaborating with staff, families, and external services to promote effective, research-based MTSS practices and ongoing program fidelity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Upholds CECs beliefs and policies.
• Coordinates MTSS with admin and staff to provide appropriate interventions.
• Monitors student progress and ensures fidelity of MTSS implementation.
• Leads MTSS referral meetings with families and support services.
• Develops Tier I pre-referral activities.
• Establishes Tier II/III interventions.
• Maintains communication with families, students, and staff regarding MTSS outcomes.
• Complies with MTSS regulations and school policies.
