Job summary

Ann Arbor Public Schools is seeking an MTSS Lead to oversee the District's MTSS framework, guide staff, and ensure equitable access to academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and attendance supports across schools.

This role requires strong data analysis, coaching, and cross‑department collaboration, with district leadership, instructional staff, interventionists, counselors, and community partners to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field; administrative certification preferred.
• Minimum of five years of successful experience in education or related fields.
• Experience leading MTSS, school improvement, and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience facilitating teams and collaborative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead MTSS framework implementation and data‑driven improvement across district and schools.
• Coordinate universal screening, progress monitoring, and data‑based decisions.
• Provide coaching and professional learning for staff on MTSS processes.
• Collaborate across departments to align MTSS efforts and resources.
