Colorado Early Colleges is seeking an MTSS Coordinator to implement and monitor our Multi-Tier Support Services program. You will partner with the Academic Dean, teachers, and families to ensure high-quality interventions align with student needs and district MTSS guidelines.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-informed decision making, and strong communication to sustain fidelity of Tier I–III supports across campus.

Qualifications

• Experience in MTSS and school-based interventions.
• Ability to analyze data to guide instruction and supports.
• Strong verbal and written communication with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MTSS with school administrators and staff to provide targeted interventions.
• Lead MTSS referral meetings and communicate progress with families.
• Monitor student progress and fidelity of Tier I–III supports.
