Qualifications

• Masters or other graduate degree required.
• Minimum of three years as a Principal, Director of Special Education, or Director of MTSS (or equivalent) in a high-needs community.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Live within 1 hour of NYC by subway or car.
• PETS clearance or ability to pass NYCPS PETS Background check clearance process.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary coaching and partner support to a portfolio of NYC partners.
• Use baseline assessments to set goals for coaching engagements with local partners.
• Establish systems for quarterly progress monitoring and communication.
• Provide individualized weekly or monthly coaching to principals and senior staff.
• Synthesize performance data and track progress to identify gaps and inform actions.
