Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Senior Educational Consulting Administrator for a part-time, per-diem role to deliver web-based and onsite product training and professional development. The role supports MTSS and assessment implementation, requiring strong facilitation and data-based decision making for school leaders.

Extensive travel is expected during the peak season, July–October. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in educational leadership or related field, plus relevant experience and proficiency

Qualifications

• Master's in educational leadership or closely related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with five years experience in admin/interpretation of preK-12 assessments.
• Experience delivering professional development to educators in various formats.
• Test administration and scoring with preK-12 benchmark and progress measures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers onsite or web-based.
• Collaborate with Pearson team and attend monthly meetings.
• Plan and travel independently for client engagements.
• Work with customers to understand and modify training to meet needs.
