Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• Valid Michigan teaching certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of successful teaching experience.
• Student services, reading, intervention, behavior, school improvement, coaching, or related expertise or endorsement.
• Experience designing MTSS systems and evidence-based academic and behavioral intervention.
• Experience facilitating building teams; including professional learning communities, course/grade level, and student‑support teams.
• Strong assessment and data literacy skills.
• Ability to facilitate collaborative teams and support adult learning.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and coaching to school teams.

• Analyze data to guide MTSS interventions.
