Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiar with MTSS, SEL, and tiered instruction.
• In-depth knowledge of Illinois Learning Standards and Common Core.
• Experience with data tools (Excel, NWEA Crystal Reports, STAR).

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from district and classroom assessments to identify student needs.
• Coordinate with principal and teachers to schedule targeted interventions.
• Provide explicit, small-group instruction to address identified gaps.
• Support and supplement instruction with the U-46 Literacy Framework.
• Compile and share progress data with stakeholders for reports and cards.
