Job summary

You will analyze data, coordinate with leaders to schedule targeted sessions, and provide explicit instruction in small groups to close achievement gaps.

The role emphasizes reporting progress to building leadership and utilizing the U-46 Literacy Framework in daily practice.

Qualifications

• PEL required and in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of MTSS, SEL, and Tiered Instruction.
• Experience with data analysis and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Analyze district and classroom data to identify student needs.
• Collaborate to set an intervention schedule with staff.
• Deliver small-group, explicit instruction aligned to MTSS/SEL goals.
• Supplement instruction with the U-46 Literacy Framework.
• Compile and share progress data with principals, teachers, and parents.
• Provide progress reports at Team meetings and for interim reports.
• Participate in Building Intervention Team activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
