Stfrancis in Illinois is seeking a part-time instructional position focused on data-driven MTSS and literacy support. The role includes coordinating intervention schedules with principals and teachers, and delivering explicit instruction to small groups using the U-46 Literacy Framework.

Ideal candidates hold an Illinois PEL and may be bilingual (Spanish/English). Proficiency with data tools and knowledge of Illinois/CCSS standards are valued.

Competenze

• Illinois Professional Educator's License (PEL) is required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with MTSS, SEL, and Tiered Instruction.
• Knowledge of Illinois Learning Standards and Common Core.
• Experience with data tools such as Tetra Data, Aims Web, Excel, Word, NWEA Crystal Reports, and STAR Assessments.
• Knowledge of guided reading practices.

• Analyze data from district and classroom assessments to identify students' needs.
• Coordinate with the school principal and classroom teachers to develop and follow an intervention schedule that optimizes instructional time.
• Provide explicit, research-based instruction to small groups focusing on identified areas of need.
• Supplement instruction using the U-46 Literacy Framework.
• Compile and share individual student progress data with principals, teachers, and parents for interim reports and report cards.
• Provide verification reports at Service Team meetings regarding student progress monitoring data.
• Serve as a contributing member of the Building Intervention Team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
