Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; Professional Educator License required.
• Extensive 5+ years teaching experience with math or literacy.
• Strong data analysis and intervention planning experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct student intervention for ~70% of time across MTSS-structured caseloads.
• Assess students with universal screenings and diagnostic tools to inform goals and progress.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special ed, and ELL staff to design effective interventions.
• Monitor and communicate progress to families and educators; contribute to MTSS data meetings.
• Lead MTSS initiatives and provide staff development on intervention practices.
• Support remote interventions across schools when needed; ensure safe, engaging learning environments.
