Job summary

RSM US LLP in Des Moines, IA invites applications for a Managed IT Service (MTS) Desk Intern within our Technology Consulting group. The role offers exposure to infrastructure, engineering, technology, design and business engagements, supporting remote clients and learning from experienced consultants.

You will provide phone and email technical support, assist with Office 365, Windows Servers, and workstation administration, and travel up to 25% to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or IT related concentration; minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and a desire to learn.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio) and general IT concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and email technical support for end-users to resolve hardware/software issues.
• Support and troubleshoot workstations, servers, and network-related issues.
• Assist with systems administration for Office 365, Windows Servers, and workstations.
• Travel to client locations up to 25% as required.
• Document issues and resolutions clearly in the ticketing system.
