Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Managed IT Services Desk Consulting Intern for Summer 2027 in Mason City, IA. You will work directly with highly trained consultants and gain exposure to a wide range of engagements in infrastructure, engineering, and business.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, or IT concentration with at least a 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to client locations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and email technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Support and troubleshoot workstations, servers, and network issues.
• Assist with administration of Office 365, Windows Servers, and clients' IT environments.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate client issues through proper channels and monitor trends.
