Responsibilities

• Operates instrumentation to deliver precise, timely laboratory results.
• Trains new laboratory personnel in methods and procedures.
• Performs quality controls and troubleshoots instrumentation issues as needed.
• Reports patient test results accurately in the LIS/Lab systems.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and problem resolution.
