Job summary

UMass Global in California is seeking a grant-funded Social Work Recruitment and Placement Coordinator to support the SWECE grant for the MSW program. The role centers on outreach, recruitment, and student field placement in underserved California communities, in collaboration with Strategic Partnership Associates and Social Work faculty and staff.

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work degree from a CSWE‑accredited MSW program.
• Prefer 2+ years post‑master's experience placing MSW students for field practicum in a university online platform.
• Prefer some experience engaging in outreach or student recruitment events.

Responsibilities

• Outreach and recruitment in underserved California communities and field placement coordination.
• Coordinate field placement process and guide students to suitable sites.
• Serve as liaison to field sites, site supervisors, and agency directors.
• Monitor field agencies for proper supervision and task assignment.
• Assist with grant-related tasks and reporting.
