Job summary

The Horsham Clinic in Horsham, PA seeks a dynamic Masters Level Social Worker to provide psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy on an inpatient unit, and to participate in treatment team planning and discharge planning.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, liaison with referral sources, and case management to support patients and families across the hospital. Flexibility to float to various units is required in this diverse program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work is required.
• LSW/LCSW/LPC/LMFT is preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of experience with psychiatric mental health population.
• Inpatient psychiatric experience preferred.
• Knowledge of case management, discharge planning, group leadership, crisis and behavior management.
• Experience running group therapy.
• Flexibility to reassign to units serving varied populations in inpatient settings.
• Strong teamwork and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments.

• Participate in treatment team planning and discharge planning.
• Provide crisis intervention and liaison with referral sources.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth care transitions.
