Job summary

The Horsham Clinic is seeking a Masters Level Social Worker to provide clinical social work on a designated unit in line with NASW guidelines. You’ll perform psychosocial assessments and deliver individual, group and family therapy, participate in treatment planning, discharge planning, case management, crisis intervention, and liaison with referral sources and hospital departments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work required.
• LSW/LCSW/LPC/LMFT - Preferred (not required).
• 3–5 years prior experience with a psychiatric mental health population required.
• Inpatient psychiatric population experience preferred.
• Knowledge of case management, discharge planning, group leadership, age-specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management.
• Experience running group therapy.
• Flexibility for reassignment to units providing care to varied populations including children, adolescents, adults, older adults and dually diagnosed patients in an inpatient hospital setting.
• Must be a team player and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication.
