Job summary

The Horsham Clinic in Pennsylvania seeks a dynamic Masters Level Social Worker (FLOAT) to support multiple units. You will perform psychosocial assessments, provide individual and group therapies, and participate in treatment planning and discharge planning across units as needed.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of psychiatric MH experience, strong case management skills, and flexibility to float between units while maintaining a collaborative, client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work required.
• 3–5 years of psychiatric mental health experience required.
• Inpatient psychiatric population experience preferred.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and case management.
• Experience running group therapy.
• Flexibility for reassignment to units with varied patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services on a designated unit.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and lead individual, group, and family therapy.
• Participate in treatment team planning and discharge planning.
• Deliver crisis intervention and liaison with referral sources and departments.
• Support care coordination and case management across units.
