Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking an MST Practitioner to provide intensive, home-based therapy to youth and families in the Wichita area.

The role involves traveling within a 90-minute radius from the CSI Wichita Office and serving clients in Sedgwick, Kingman, Harper, and Sumner counties. You will work with youth involved in juvenile justice or at risk of out-of-home placement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Ability to provide home-based therapy and manage a caseload.
• Commitment to trauma-informed practice and cultural competence.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify problems and systemic factors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on MST principles and evidence-based interventions.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to at-risk youth and families in home or community settings.
• Implement crisis management strategies to address immediate safety concerns.
• Participate in supervision to ensure fidelity to the MST model and maintain documentation.
