Qualifications

• Master's Degree required; Bachelor's considered with experience.
• Valid driver’s license for client transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of individuals and families.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on MST principles.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to at-risk youth and families.
• Implement crisis management strategies as needed.
