Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) in El Dorado, KS is seeking an MST Therapist to provide intensive, home-based therapy for adolescents and families involved in juvenile justice or at risk of out-of-home placement.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver evidence-based MST interventions, and coordinate with schools, social services, and courts. Travel within a 90-minute radius is required, with a driver license and reliable transportation expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Social Services or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Three years of work experience in social work or clinical treatment.
• Social Work or other clinical license is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver license and have reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Must live within 30-45 minutes travel time from the designated service area.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify presenting problems, strengths and systemic factors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Multisystemic Therapy, incorporating relevant evidence-based interventions and strategies.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to at-risk youth and their families, and collaborate with other key members.
• Implement crisis management strategies as needed to address immediate safety concerns for clients and their families.
• Participate in individual and group supervision training to enhance clinical skills and ensure fidelity to the MST model.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including sessions notes, treatment plans, and outcome measures.
• Collaborate with other professionals and service providers involved in client’s ecosystem, including social services, schools, court, mental health agencies, etc.
