Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) in Dodge City, KS, is seeking an MST Practitioner to deliver intensive, home-based therapy to youth and families involved in the juvenile justice system or at risk of placement.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans based on MST principles, provide direct interventions, and collaborate with schools, courts, and social services. Travel within a 90-minute radius is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field or higher with clinical focus.
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
• Travel within service area is required with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families.
• Develop treatment plans based on MST principles and evidence-based interventions.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to at-risk youth and families.
• Maintain documentation of client progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with schools, courts, and social services to coordinate care.
