Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. in Wichita, KS seeks an MST Practitioner to provide intensive, home-based therapy to at-risk youth and families involved in juvenile justice.

You will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver evidence-based MST interventions, and coordinate with schools, courts, and social services. The role requires travel within a 90-minute radius from the CSI Wichita Office, a valid driver’s license, and ability to manage a caseload while maintaining fidelity to MST.

Qualifications

• Masters/advanced degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
• Must live within a 90-minute travel time from the service area.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload while meeting deadlines.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify problems, strengths, and systemic factors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on Multisystemic Therapy principles and evidence-based interventions.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to at-risk youth and families and collaborate with other professionals.
• Implement crisis management strategies to address immediate safety concerns.
• Participate in supervision to maintain fidelity to the MST model and ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress, plans, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with social services, schools, courts, and other agencies involved in the client ecosystem.
