Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) invites applications for an MST Practitioner in the Salina, KS area. The role delivers intensive, home-based Multisystemic Therapy to adolescents and families involved in juvenile justice or at risk of out-of-home placement.

Travel up to 90 minutes from the Salina office is required, serving Saline, Ottawa, Lincoln, Ellsworth, Dickinson, Geary, and Riley counties. A Master’s in a related field is preferred, with licensure and trauma-informed practice valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field; bachelor's considered with experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
• Must live within a 30-45 minute travel time from the designated service area.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while meeting requirements and deadlines.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with ability to plan treatments.
• Commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify problems and strengths.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on MST principles and evidence-based interventions.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to at-risk youth and families.
• Implement crisis management strategies as needed for safety.
• Participate in supervision to maintain fidelity to the MST model.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, plans, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with social services, schools, courts, and mental health agencies.
