Job summary

SentinelOne, Inc. is seeking an MSSP Revenue Assurance Analyst to execute and operationalize enhancements across MSSP revenue operations, from quoting and provisioning to billing.

You will partner with MSSP Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to implement pricing models and governance. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in revenue or sales operations, experience with CPQ, CLM, and CRM platforms, and a strong track record in forecasting and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations, sales ops, partner ops, or business operations in a high-growth tech company.
• Experience improving revenue operations across quote-to-cash, deal governance, forecasting, or partner lifecycle.
• Familiarity with CPQ, CLM, and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute and operationalize MSSP revenue operations enhancements with MSSP leadership.
• Support quote-to-cash, from quoting to provisioning and billing, improving processes and resolving issues.
• Operationalize MSSP deal structure, pricing, and licensing processes, including consumption-based models.
• Support MSSP forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting, including partner tracking.
• Execute MSSP partner lifecycle framework and onboarding.
• Support MSSP product transition with provisioning teams and related processes.
• Collaborate with IT and enterprise apps teams to implement CPQ, Legal, and MSSP systems.
• Document processes and maintain SOPs for cross-functional teams.
• Use AI and automation tools to streamline processes and reduce manual work.
• Surface insights and opportunities to leadership.
