Job summary
Bowman Williams is seeking a Tier 2 Support Engineer for a hybrid role in Manhattan, NY. You’ll troubleshoot across Windows, macOS, and cloud services, support Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, and Google Workspace, and work onsite with clients while coordinating remote assistance.
Prior MSP experience is essential. The position offers 3 days onsite and 2 days remote with a salary range of $65,000–$80,000 annually.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering Tier 2 MSP support across multiple client environments.
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Entra ID, and Exchange Online.
- Proficient in Windows 10/11 and macOS support.
- Experience with RMM tools and PSA ticketing systems.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktops, laptops, servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Administer and support M365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Google Workspace.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding, accounts, permissions, and device configurations.
- Support Active Directory, Windows Server, and basic domain administration.
- Diagnose networking issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, LAN/WAN, firewalls).
- Provide onsite support in NYC and Northern NJ as needed.
- Create and maintain technical docs and SOPs.
- Document resolutions and maintain time entries in PSA systems.
