Job summary

Bowman Williams is seeking a motivated Service Desk Engineer (Tier 1.5) to join its MSP operations in Secaucus, NJ. This full-time, direct-hire role offers hybrid local work-from-home with occasional onsite visits to client sites and a data center.

You will provide remote and on-site support, troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD, and basic networking, and escalate complex issues. Residence within Northern New Jersey is required, ideally within 25 miles of Secaucus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional IT support experience in a help desk, desktop or service desk role.
• Prior MSP experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and occasional onsite support to clients across multiple IT environments.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 accounts and AD user provisioning.
• Configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with proper documentation.
