- Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V.

- Provide advanced support for backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Monitor service desk alerts and respond to service tickets.

The IT System Administrator Tier 2.5 will be responsible for administration of serves & cloud based solutions, sever as the highest point of escalation on the service desk and assist with projects such as server implementations and cloud migrations.
- Support services for Microsoft related technologies: Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, SharePoint, Windows Server, SQL etc.
- Support services for virtualization technologies: VMware, Citrix, and Hyper‑V
- Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
- Administer hosted and cloud solutions for customers using technologies that meet their requirements.
- Advanced support and implementation of our backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Remote access solution support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix
- Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications and respond accordingly through service tickets.
- Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) - must have requirement
- Certification paid up front
