Job summary

A managed service provider in Fort Worth is seeking a Tier 2 Systems Administrator to support and manage IT environments for multiple clients. The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting and has a strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. Responsibilities include troubleshooting escalated issues, maintaining IT systems, and assisting with project work. This full-time position offers a hybrid work environment with a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Prior MSP experience is required.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot escalated issues involving Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, and security.
• Support and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, backups, and virtualization platforms.
• Assist with project work including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
