Qualifications
3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
Prior MSP experience is required.
Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot escalated issues involving Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, and security.
Support and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, backups, and virtualization platforms.
Assist with project work including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
