Job summary

bdManagedIT is seeking a Director of Operations, MSP Service Delivery to lead the day-to-day operational engine of the company. This role focuses on creating structure, improving accountability, and strengthening service delivery across projects and client engagements.

The right candidate is a hands-on operational leader with deep MSP experience, able to guide priorities, spot bottlenecks, and ensure clear ownership and follow-through while scaling the service organization for growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on background as an IT engineer or MSP technician, moving into operations or team management.
• Strong knowledge of MSP service delivery, including ticket flow and escalation paths.
• Ability to balance hands-on involvement with higher-level operational planning.
• Proven experience leading operations or technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, accountability, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery and operations across daily flow and priorities.
• Guide ticket flow, project handoffs, and escalation paths.
• Improve workflows, SOPs, documentation, and accountability.
• Lead managers and technical teams with clarity on roles and expectations.
• Align operations with company goals and measurable results.
