The role emphasizes answering calls, logging requests, route prioritization, and maintaining a tidy calendar while coordinating with vendors and completing light admin tasks. On-site work in Mason is required.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years in dispatch, scheduling, service coordination, front desk or customer service
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage calendars and follow-ups
• Clear, friendly communication by phone and email, even with frustrated callers
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software (ticketing platform, MS 365, Teams)
• IT or technical experience is a plus and may affect starting rate

Aufgaben

• Answer client calls and emails professionally, log requests, set expectations
• Route requests by urgency to the right technician
• Schedule and dispatch technicians for on-site visits and projects
• Follow up to ensure requests are closed
• Maintain accurate client info, notes, and appointment details
• Coordinate with vendors on deliveries and repairs
• Assist with light admin like ordering supplies and tracking shipments
