Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience recruiting for technical MSP roles.
• Ability to evaluate MSP-related skills and customer service factors.
• Proficient with ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce planning and hiring strategies aligned with objectives.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, evaluate, and present candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Coach managers on interviewing and selection practices.
• Provide market intelligence and hiring recommendations.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize ATS workflows for efficiency.
