Job summary

Acro Service Corporation is seeking an MSP Program Specialist to coordinate with clients and staffing suppliers to deliver contingent labor efficiently. You will guide supplier submissions, interviews, drug and background screens, and onboarding within the VMS framework.

You will ensure program compliance with client policies, manage pricing through various skill sets, and provide First Level VMS support to all users while maintaining strong service levels and KPI adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related experience may substitute.
• 3+ years in staffing/MSP as recruiter or coordinator.
• Strong MS Office and VMS experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Program Manager to meet MSP program objectives.
• Review requisitions, resumes, and onboarding documents in the VMS.
• Maintain high-level customer service with clients via VMS, email, or phone.
• Manage supplier communications about candidate submissions and time/expenses.
• Understand candidate recruitment processes across multiple job categories.
• Train suppliers and internal staff on VMS usage and processes.
• Create client profiles, requisitions, and supplier profiles in the system.
• Analyze pricing and monitor compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
