CAI is seeking an MSP Program Implementation Manager to lead client programs from discovery through launch and into ongoing operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate requirements into actionable plans, and ensure alignment with client objectives and standards.

The ideal candidate has MSP program experience, strong planning and organizational skills, and excels in client-facing communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in implementation management, project management, program management, consulting, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder client implementations from discovery through launch.
• Experience with MSP programs.
• Strong project planning, organizational, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects forward and maintain accountability for timelines and deliverables.
• Strong client-facing, communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into actionable implementation activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project (MPP) and experience developing and maintaining detailed implementation project plans.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, AI tools, and other business productivity tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client discovery and implementation planning from initiation to launch.
• Translate client requirements into clear implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Establish project structure, stakeholders responsibilities, communication cadence, and milestones.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against timelines and address barriers to execution.
• Maintain alignment between client expectations and project objectives.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions throughout the implementation.
• Coordinate launch activities and ensure a successful transition to ongoing operations.
