CAI is hiring an MSP Program Implementation Manager to lead client programs from discovery through launch and into ongoing operations. You will collaborate with clients to understand objectives, develop implementation plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure milestones and standards are met.

The role requires experienced MSP program implementation, strong planning and execution skills, and the ability to drive multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in implementation management, project management, program management, consulting, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex multi-stakeholder client implementations from discovery through launch.
• Experience with MSP programs.
• Strong project planning, organizational, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects forward and maintain accountability for timelines and deliverables.
• Strong client-facing, communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into actionable implementation activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project (MPP) and experience developing and maintaining detailed implementation project plans.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, AI tools, and other business productivity tools.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
