Job summary

Proofpoint in the United States is seeking a seasoned Partner Account Manager for the MSP division covering New England and Mid Atlantic. You will drive growth by expanding the MSP partner network, acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and steering revenue through partner-led initiatives.

The role requires five+ years in IT, with MSP/channel sales experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel regularly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with complex IT solutions.
• Direct experience in partner account management or MSP channel sales is required.
• Proven success building and growing partner networks and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage a network of MSP partners and distributors in the USA.
• Onboard new partners and nurture long-term relationships.
• Organize training for sales partners and promote the MSP program.
• Develop partner business plans and drive MSP-led growth.
• Represent Proofpoint at industry events and partner forums.
• Forecasts and actions to achieve sales targets in key regions.
